Being outside, running, laughing, jumping. On the playground, swings, slide, trampoline, play towers, horizontal bar, table tennis, basketball, darts and even a football goal are waiting.
All around are meadows and fields, with a small natural stream nearby that invites children to splash and enjoy Kneipp fun. And when the day slowly comes to an end, cosy evenings at the campfire spot create real feel-good moments under the open sky.
Rabbits, cats and chicken live in our outdoor enclosure and make the petting zoo a favourite place for little guests.
There is also plenty to see in the barn: dairy cows, young cattle and calves are part of everyday life at the Seppingerhof.

A farm lives through its daily rhythms. Those who look closely discover small moments everywhere that make up the charm of country life.
The rustling of hay, curious animals in the barn, fresh farm air and the calm togetherness shape the day. Nothing is staged here - this is simply life as it is.
Since 1887, the Seppingerhof has been owned by the Schifferegger family. Much has been renewed and lovingly renovated over the years, but the character of the farm has remained.
Since 2009, Toni and Michaela have been running the farm in Niedernsill together with their children Kilian, Elias and Valentina.
Even when it comes to heating, the farm stays close to nature. The farmhouse is heated with wood chips from our own forest.
The wood is dried and then processed into wood chips - a renewable energy source that fits well with farm life and the surroundings in Niedernsill.
